Book a Hunt at Montgomery Day Hunts

Whitetail Deer, Feral Hogs, Fishing, and other wildlife.  Guns, Bow hunting, and Youth weekends. 17 stands (some 2 person, single person, tower stands, ground stands, tripod stands, bow hunters can come early and locate a place to use their own stand)

Feeders on every stand, Deer plots planted when weather permits. Protein feeders operate during February till June. $250.00 for Deer and hogs during deer season. $200.00 outside of deer season for hog and other legal game.  One non-hunter  FREE with paid hunter.  Price is for 1 day of hunting.

RV setup available $35.00 per day
Tent camping available $50.00 per person per day

Packages available for groups of 6 paid hunters of 3 days or groups who do not hunt, but camp out and enjoy the outdoors.

Release of Liability Forms are required and provided by property owner.  Valid Hunting License required.  Every hunter born on or after Sept. 2, 1971, must provide certification of successfully completing a Hunter Education Training Course.

Hunting Restsrictions

We are under antler restrictions in Montgomery County so, the 13 inch rule does apply.  First 3 weeks of general season you can take does.  This ranch is about a hour North of  Houston and close to Lake Conroe.  Now, even though we have 17 stands, we want to keep it at around 6 hunters per weekend unless a group books. If you book 5 or more hunters, you can reserve the entire ranch. This ranch also has a stocked catfish pond which is catch and keep or release, your choice.   ATV's and UTV's are welcome with groups or on low booked days.   Otherwise, we provide transportation if needed.
Deer Hunting
RESIDENT HUNTING (Type 101) $25- Valid to hunt any legal bird or animal
NON- RESIDENT GENERAL HUNTING (Type 105) $315- Valid to hunt any legal bird or animal
SPECIAL RESIDENT HUNTING (Type 102) $7- Valid ONLY for residents and non-residents younger than 17 or residents 65 years old or older. Valid to hunt any legal bird or animal. 
NOTE: An Archery Stamp (Type 135) $7- is required for all hunters during ARCHERY SEASON ONLY.
License Information
All hunters are required to possess a valid Texas hunting license including any required stamps. All hunters born after September 1, 1971 must have completed a Hunters Education Training Course. NOTE: Hunters age 16 and under can legally hunt without a HETC if they are accompanied by a licensed hunter 17 years old or older. There are some convenient places nearby to purchase a hunting license if you do not have one upon your arrival at the ranch.

Contact us  for more information.    This ranch has a lot of potential for nice deer.  Corn feeders and protein feeders filled year around.  Winter food plots are planted weather permitting.  There  will be a lot of game in the area.   Contact us about our overnight camping.    We also have a big cast iron fire pit and grill, plus bathrooms, running water, and a cleaning station for your game. We are only 15 minutes from the town of Montgomery, TX and  25 minutes from Conroe, TX or Willis, TX.

Hog Hunting

RESIDENT HUNTING (Type 101) $25- Valid to hunt any legal bird or animal
NON-RESIDENT 5 DAY SPECIAL HUNTING (Type 157) $48- Legal for any period of 5 days in a row (valid dates printed on license). Valid to hunt: All non-game animals (Hogs), Exotic animals, all legal game birds, and squirrel (not valid for other game animals-Deer)
Terms and Conditions
We require a $50.00  deposit of the total amount of the hunt at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of the hunt.   The remaining balance will be due upon arrival at the ranch in cash.  We will do our best to reschedule your hunt if some unforeseen emergency arises causing you not to be able to make your hunt.

All hunters are required to sign a written waiver/contract.  A copy of this contract is available upon request.    No alcoholic beverages will be allowed in hunting stands during a hunt.  We are committed to Safe Hunting and will strive to make your hunt safe and enjoyable.
